What will my parcel look like?
All our orders are despatched in plain packaging, i.e. a brown box or brown padded envelope so no one can see or feel what is inside. Our labels are equally nondescript and have our company details on them in an abbreviated form, the website name or details are never printed on the packaging.
What are the delivery costs and options?
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Victoria's playtime uses Royal Mail First/Second Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and courier services.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same day. Orders placed after midday on Saturday are despatched on Monday.
Choose Your Delivery Day Get your order when you want it! Select Choose Your Delivery Day at checkout and have your order delivered to any UK address on any specific day in the next 6 weeks (apart from Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Delivery.
Due to the variety of stock we offer several items are held in our distributors UK stock and are dispatched within 1 or 2 days. Any orders for items that are not currently held in our UK stock are dispatched from the distributor in the US as quickly as possible. We are informed by our distributor that deliveries are currently taking approximately 10-14 days however, it may on occasion take a little longer. Orders are then dispatched straight away upon receiving them in the UK.
Please be aware that we ask that customers allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery as stated.
If any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed by the distributor.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Your Paypal account MUST be verified and confirmed.
We will only ship to the VERIFIED and CONFIRMED address. NO EXCEPTIONS
If the Paypal account is not VERIFIED or CONFIRMED we WILL cancel the order.
You will need to place your order again using the other available payment methods.
